  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Maintain employee records and monitor attendance
  • Manage local and international recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
  • Run regular employee evaluations and check-up
  • Manage office operations, travel documents, and supplies stock 
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for international projects
  • Assist the Management Committee with operations and daily tasks
  • Assess employee performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency


  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluency in English and impeccable grammar
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Works well with people
  • Capacity to adapt to different environments and out-of-the-box situations
  • Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or Organizational Development


  • Identify new business opportunities for the company and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage all operational aspects, from strengthening internal processes to setting up global marketing campaigns
  • Be in constant contact with the Managing Partners to align strategy and targets
  • Travel to event location and represent the company


  • Bachelor degree from a leading university (MBA optional) with outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated leadership 
  • Experience in team and project management, research, and sales 
  • The drive to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced work environment 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day projects


  • Fluency in 1 extra language additionally to English (preferably Spanish, Chinese, French, German)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Work and/or study experience in at least 2 countries
  • Experience in advisory setting marketing, events or international sales


  • Daily bookkeeping
  • Monitor & evaluate the company’s financial budget 
  • Create cost analysis reports
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation
  • Manage payroll, reimbursements, and outgoing expenses
  • Assist with administrative tasks


  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Good understanding of MS Excel
  • High attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
  • Preferred 1-2 years of work experience in accounting, finance or related fields


  • Create marketing collaterals (brochures, business cards, booklets, postcards, etc)
  • Research, negotiate, print and ship collaterals when needed
  • Research, negotiate, prepare and ship gifts for events when needed
  • Prepare powerpoint presentations for virtual events
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Research, negotiate and book illustrators/photographers/videographers to cover events
  • Manage website by creating event pages and making sure all events follow the same structure
  • Reach out to publications about press releases or guest writing
  • Write articles to promote Ortus
  • Write meeting minutes of events when required

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Basic understanding of wordpress, photography, graphic design and video making tools


  • Experience in content creation and knowledge of WordPress
  • Experience in graphic design, photography and/or videography
  • Established network of writers, merchandise suppliers, photographers is highly preferred


  • Supervise assigned events and ensure guesting is on track
  • Make lists of target accounts based on project brief
  • Extensive collection of data including names, emails, phone numbers and job titles of target accounts using several resources including internal database, LinkedIn, Google etc.
  • Send email invitations to potential guests based on project briefing
  • Make calls (including cold calls) to invite potential guests using a professional and senior language
  • Build up prospect lists and identifying and approaching key opinion leaders to moderate events
  • Developing a networking strategy to arrange face-to-face meetings with global decision-makers (chairmen, CEOs, COOs etc.)
  • Work in a team to share knowledge, experience and any useful information on the project’s success


  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
  • Fluency in English (preferred additional fluency in French, Italian, Spanish or German)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fast-learner and keen attention to detail
  • Capacity to adapt to different environments and out-of-the-box situations
  • Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy
  • Outstanding time management and organisation skills
  • Preferred: 2-4 years in sales or account management


  • Identify potential clients for The Ortus Club
  • Run global sales campaigns (e.g. cultivation of leads and sales, setting up meetings etc)
  • Attend sales meetings and assist Sales Directors
  • Assist in creating proposals
  • Follow up on proposals
  • Assist in administrative sales tasks (e.g. organising sales documents, folders and presentations)


  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
  • Fluency in English and impeccable grammar
  • Experience in sales-driven roles
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong commercial flair
  • Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy
