Responsibilities:

  • Supervise assigned events and ensure guesting is on track
  • Make lists of target accounts based on project brief
  • Extensive collection of data including names, emails, phone numbers and job titles of target accounts using several resources including internal database, LinkedIn, Google etc.
  • Send email invitations to potential guests based on project briefing
  • Make calls (including cold calls) to invite potential guests using a professional and senior language
  • Build up prospect lists and identifying and approaching key opinion leaders to moderate events
  • Developing a networking strategy to arrange face-to-face meetings with global decision-makers (chairmen, CEOs, COOs etc.)
  • Work in a team to share knowledge, experience and any useful information on the project’s success

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
  • Fluency in English (preferred additional fluency in French, Italian, Spanish or German)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fast-learner and keen attention to detail
  • Capacity to adapt to different environments and out-of-the-box situations
  • Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy
  • Outstanding time management and organisation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in kickstarting research for projects
  • Understands project brief and finds right and accurate leads for each project
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data and work with project coordinators if necessary
  • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
  • Helping develop reports and analysis
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
  • Assessing quality of research tools
  • Supporting Research Head

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science
  • Has experience utilizing excel and G-suites at a deep level
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
  • Ability to understand the client brief in order to obtain relevant data
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times
  • Communicating with guests through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving client complaints
  • Knowing our service inside and out so that you can answer any questions
  • Keeping records of guest interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with project coordinators as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the service process

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Fluency in English with impeccable grammar
  • Proven background in customer service and/or sales
  • Ability to work in shifting schedule depending on the need of the client

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with new and existing clients to understand their needs and explain service value
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth
  • Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned clients
  • Schedule and attend regular meetings with assigned clients to update them on their respective projects
  • Make sure clients receive requested services within the set deadlines
  • Resolve client complaints and prevent miscommunication by aligning all stakeholders expectations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client management and ensure a consistent service
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s services

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management or Events Management
  • Must be a native English speaker with impeccable grammar and excellent presentation skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Confident, high energy, a multitasker, self-motivated and a true team player
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in an online environment during work hours
