Achieving a good “work-life balance” has been considered a priority in modern society. Until recently, work-life balance was measured by looking at the time one was physically in or out of the office. This year, with everyone working from home, people’s hobbies, family dynamics and routines have been altered, making the separation between work and life increasingly blurred. How do people define work-life balance? And are they achieving it?

• Is it true that “if you do what you love you’ll never work a day in your life”, then isn’t life automatically work and vice versa?
• To what extent did 2020 redefine your hobbies and leisure activities? What were these replaced with?
• What are the pros and cons of working from home or remotely?
• Are offices a thing of the past? What does the future work environment look like?
