The Customer Experience Leaders Dinner, San Francisco, is a dinner discussion for leaders and senior peers who are responsible for improving customer experience within their respective companies.

We will be discussing the evolution of customer conversations and hearing from our guests regarding their own transformational journies.

Our discussions are very much inclusive of all participants. Attendance is complimentary for those invited and the discussion abides by Chatham House Rules.

This dinner discussion is for senior peers responsible for driving change within customer experience. Attendees are from both enterprise companies and fast growth technology firms.

Relevant job titles include: Chiefs, Directors and Heads of CX, Customer, Operations and Marketing.

Attendance is by invitation only and is complimentary for those invited.

The Evolution of Customer Conversations

The growth of AI chatbots, voice-activated assistants and messaging apps are just three of the trends driving the future of good customer experience and changing the way the customer interacts. These changes are happening fast and show no signs of slowing down.

We are bringing together CX leaders and senior peers responsible for improving CX to discuss this evolution and talk about their own transformational journeys over dinner.

As well as discussing the changing trends and how technology is impacting CX, we will be discussing:
