The Mid-Market Dinner Discussion

An exclusive dinner discussion for Decision Makers in large Singapore based Venture Capital & Private Equity Firms

The Future of Investing in South East Asia

Over the last two years, we’ve seen the largest leap in funding globally, with growth in excess of 120%. Private equity and venture capital investment activity across Southeast Asia delivered a strong performance in 2017 with a total of US$5.9B worth of completed deals in areas such as life sciences, real estate (RE), and transportation & logistics (T&L).

A huge factor to why these industries are becoming an attractive target is their fragmented market. There is currently no single tech-driven leader in any arm of these industries and enterprises should aggressively be seeking these winners. PE and VC firms are also becoming more aware of how integral these companies are to the domestic and global economy. With this in mind, now is the time to get involved with these sectors as growth in these divisions will only continue to increase.

In light of this, we will be bringing together VC/PE Managing Partners and Principals to discuss:

  • How PE & VC firms are vital to shaping RE/T&L/Life Sciences
  • The Challenges Facing Investment in These Sectors
  • other relevant key points
