Facilitated by Avanade’s Professional Services Practice Leaders and a Microsoft Business Application Expert, this roundtable will explore current trends and tactics on how service companies are removing silos, sharing information, and connecting to and motivating workers in creative ways.

The discussion will include case studies on (1) a professional service firm that implemented a total business process transformation, (2) a service company that empowered its workers to enter time and approve it, (3) an industrial sales and service company that integrated end-to-end sales to install service, and (4) a service and software company that created integrations with back-office systems to seamlessly manage a project, optimize resources, and forecast revenue for management reporting.
