This event is part of the unique “Café Series” hosted by Microsoft Business Applications and Avanade’s Professional Services. Turning utility companies into more agile and adaptable organizations

The current business environment has made it clear that agility and adaptability are emerging as the most critical characteristics utility companies can develop, not just to weather the current crisis but also to emerge with the ability to thrive in the digital economy.

A significant number of these companies are not able to pivot quickly across the entirety of their business. From workforce transformation to asset maintenance, supply chain, production, and service, the ability to adapt rapidly to changing business conditions is critical for company efficiency and survival. How can utility leaders incorporate strategies that will allow them to create agile, adaptable, and resilient operations?

  • How are utility companies leveraging technology to increase their agility?
  • How are leaders facilitating successful workforce transformation?
  • Is AI already providing organizations with greater insights and predictability?

The Café Series is tailored to senior leaders responsible for operations, human resources, and service-related roles.

Job titles include but are not limited to COOs, VPs, Heads, Directors, and General Managers responsible for Operations, Field Service/Operations, Customer Experience, Innovation, and the like.
